OLD CITY STUDIO

Originally built in 1802 in Old City Philadelphia, this studio's original use was for a steel factory. The apartments throughout this building all have an industrial old world charm.

Throughout of the entirety of this studio's redesign, there has always been a focus on compartmentalizing the individual spaces. Just using furniture and décor, we were able to put away any clutter while creating separate areas for comfortability.

In an effort to achieve the bohemian and luxury feel that my client wanted, we procured products with regal attributes and soft materials. The House of Hackney Cheetah Lamp is the perfect example for achieving that aesthetic.
