Harrison Whole Home Renovation

Whole Home Renovation | Harrison, New York

Taken down to the studs, this Harrison home was reimagined room by room as a warm, tailored retreat for a growing family. Our studio led the interior design from the first drawings through installation, shaping the stone, millwork, lighting and finishes throughout the house.

The Kitchen

At the heart of the home is a kitchen built around Cristallo quartzite. An eleven foot island with mitered waterfall ends and an integrated stone sink anchors the room, while the same stone rises as a full height backsplash and wraps a sculptural range hood. Rift white oak cabinetry in a deep Jacobean stain, Waterworks brass fixtures and a sculptural globe chandelier complete the space, with a moody butler's pantry in Benjamin Moore Black Iron just beyond.

Throughout the Home

Custom millwork defines every room, from a curved white oak bar beside an Ocean Blue travertine fireplace to ribbed built ins in the family room. Herringbone white oak floors run through the living and dining rooms, and the foyer is laid in a diamond pattern outlined in brass. Each bath has its own character, from a primary suite wrapped in Calacatta Borghini slabs to children's baths finished in blue quartzite and soft pink herringbone tile.

Our Process

We developed the construction drawings, 3D renderings, millwork designs, lighting plans and every finish selection, hand selecting each slab alongside our clients. Working closely with the builder and with Dushi Marble & Granite on the stone fabrication, we made sure every seam, edge and detail was installed exactly as designed.
