The Gedney
The Gedney kitchen brings white cabinetry and a wood island into a light, warm palette. Pale countertops connect the work areas, while gold-toned pendants, hardware and fixtures add contrast. Patterned white tile and a tailored range hood provide detail along the cooking wall.
Woven counter stools introduce texture at the island, and a patterned Roman shade softens the window above the sink. The combination balances generous storage with an open central gathering space.
A light palette, warm wood and brass details give this Westchester kitchen a timeless feel that works for everyday cooking and entertaining. Dominique Michelle Vidal designs kitchens across Westchester County, coordinating cabinetry, tile, stone, plumbing, hardware and lighting into one plan.
